Abstract

Adrenal incidentaloma (AI) are randomly detected masses, mostly benign and dysfunctional lesions. Benign-malign separation and function evaluation are essential in patients identified in the AI. In this study, we aimed to investigate the availability of neutrophil/lymphocyte rate (NLR) in order to distinguish function evaluation and malignant lesions. Although not statistically significant in lesions with typical adenoma images, we found that NLR was lower. When NLR was evaluated in terms of size, we found a weak but positive correlation between size and NLR. Although NLR was not statistically significant in functional lesions, it was detected higher compared to non-functional lesions.
